The machine, which was designed to make the flat edge with  arrisses, grinds and polishes glass sheets from 3mm  to 1 inch thick, with an extra bright finishing.  The converyor runs on ball bearings, which make it perfect and long lasting.  The machine speed,  is controlled by a motor variator, and can vary from 0.5 m/ min to 3 m/ min.  The machine includes diamond wheels, polishing wheels and felt wheels.  All the polishing wheels polish automatically by  pneumatic control.  The water cooling is closed circuit.  The water flows to the wheels by pumps.
